Request for Enrollment / Degree Verification
Students who are currently attending Crafton Hills College may request verification of degrees, certificates, current and previous enrollment online at the link below at no charge. Requests submitted using the link below will be processed by the College Admissions & Records Office.
Mail the Enrollment/Degree Verification form to be completed, along with payment (check or money order) to the address listed below:

Enrollment / Degree Verification Processing Policies:
- Enrollment/Degree verifications will not be processed during weekends or holidays.
- Requests may take up to five (5) business days to be processed.
- Requests will not be accepted via fax.
- Completed verifications will not be mailed or faxed.
- LETTERS OF NON-ENROLLMENT - email admissions@mxy163.com with the subject "Letter of Non-Enrollment." Please include your Full Name, Date of Birth, and Student ID number (if you have one.) The letter will be emailed to you within the promised processing time above.
